The Preferred Customer Club offered by D.R. Kohlman, Inc. is a comprehensive routine maintenance program for homeowners who want to protect their home comfort system investment and also want to ensure the safety and well being of their family. Enrolling in the Club will give you maximum savings and comfort as well as peace of mind by:

• Reducing the energy costs of heating and cooling you home
• Extending the life of your heating and air conditioning equipment
• Minimizing the possibility of any home comfort system failure
• Saving on any needed repairs with a 10% discount
• Ensuring full warranty coverage

What is covered . . .

Gas furnace/boiler (fall maintenance)

• Cleaning the burners and flame sensors
• Cleaning the blower housing and wheel
• Cleaning the unit inside and out
• Testing of gas pressure
• Cleaning of drain trap and drain hoses
• Cleaning of pressure switch hoses
• Necessary oiling of motors
• Inspection of heat exchanger
• Inspection of electrical connections
• Testing of equipment

Oil furnace/boiler (fall maintenance)

• Cleaning the burners
• Cleaning the unit inside and out
• Cleaning of heat exchanger and smoke pipe
• Necessary oiling of motors
• Replacement of oil filter and oil nozzle
• Inspection of heat exchanger
• Inspection of electrical connections
• Testing of equipment

Air Conditioning (spring maintenance)

• Chemical cleaning of the outside condenser coil
• Refrigerant level testing
• Cleaning of the indoor evaporator coil drain line
• Inspection of electrical connections
• Testing of equipment including blower section of indoor air handler

Guidelines . . .

• A 10% discount will be given whenever emergency service is needed above and beyond the regular maintenance described above until the anniversary date of the contract at which time the contract is renewable
• The maintenance contract amount does not cover any necessary replacement parts and labor to install them
• Contract must be paid in full and coverage is valid for 1 or 2 years from purchase date (depending on selected program)
• This program is transferable to the new homeowner if you sell your home
